Calibration for the gas analyser and smoke meter
A combined emissions system can contain separate petrol gas and diesel smoke measuring units. Include the make, full model and serial number from each unit, along with its current calibration certificate or due date. Tell us whether one instrument or both need attention. TPGE confirms the appropriate procedure and arrangements for the actual equipment before booking.
Servicing and fault investigation
Calibration, routine servicing and repair are different tasks. If the equipment has a fault, provide the exact display message and explain when it occurs. Say whether the problem concerns readings, sample flow, a probe or hose, starting the machine, software or communication. Photographs of the machine, identification plates and displayed message help identify the system. Parts, repairs and the work included in a visit are agreed in the quotation.

For Capelec CAP 3500 GO and CAP 3600 GO enquiries, identify the gas and smoke units as well as the tablet or PC system. For Crypton CCP1000 equipment, include the full system designation and component serial numbers. The listed Brain Bee Omni 800 package includes AGS-200 gas analysis and OPA-100 smoke measurement units; identify the actual configuration at your workshop. These models help us route an enquiry. They do not mean that every configuration, procedure or repair is supported.

TPGE can discuss a managed MOT equipment calibration schedule and coordinate the requested work, subject to model coverage and engineer availability. Calibration records remain separate from servicing, repairs and lifting-equipment examinations.
